About Phuthuma Civils Projects
By name, we are “sense of urgency”. Our business is infrastructure development. Our mission is to continually challenge the norm in the provision of infrastructure solutions thereby influencing change that propels the human race forward.We specialise in civil engineering, which our visionary founders had been practicing for many years in various organisations until our business was eventually incorporated in 2015, in South Africa.
The sense of urgency implied in our brand name has very little to do with speed in completing projects, but everything to do with being ahead of the curve through innovative thinking.
We have observed that comfort in the norm (status quo) has delivered sameness and stagnation, while continual change has delivered progress. We have further observed that desired change happens when curiosity, inventive thinking and considered action happen. All perspectives that guide our business.
We believe that yesterday’s thinking that caused today’s problems cannot solve tomorrow’s problems, let alone prevent them. Our obsession, therefore, is to solve problems before they so become. After all, the future can do without problems we can prevent. Hence, our “race against the norm”.
