Every construction project is unique, from big things to small things. From a given client’s nature of business, their objectives and expectations to their environment, challenges, opportunities and countless other factors that define and impact success.

Thus, by this very nature, construction ought to be dynamic. However, in reality, it is not. Because the industry chooses ‘same old’, which is easy. We choose ‘new and difficult’, not for the sake of it, but because ‘new and difficult’ differentiates and sets new standards for others to follow.

With this attitude, we struggle to come up with a list of things we cannot accomplish.
